Delete your account and data
You can close your Aurora Prestige account at any time. Closing it deletes your profile, your chauffeur links, your uploaded photos and documents, and what Aurora remembers about you, and wipes your name, email and phone from our records.
Your rides stay in the books without your details attached, as the law requires. Messages you sent are deleted on our usual two-year schedule. If a report about you is open, we still finish looking into it.
From the app
- Open Aurora Prestige and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. It happens straight away, and you're signed out.
A ride that is booked or under way needs cancelling or finishing first. Records of past rides are kept, sealed, for up to seven years where the law requires it, and used for nothing else.
By email
Send a message from the email address on your account to auroraprestigevip@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the deletion within 30 days.
If you signed in with Apple, Facebook or Google
Removing Aurora Prestige from your Apple Account (under Sign in with Apple), Facebook or Google settings stops future sign-ins. To have the data we hold deleted as well, use one of the two options above.
